All content, features, and functionality of Moskitoss, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Moskitoss and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting surveillance data, images, or other content to Moskitoss, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of supporting community-led health protection initiatives and improving the platform.
In line with our mission to empower communities, aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with research institutions, public health agencies, and other communities to amplify the impact of local surveillance efforts.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Moskitoss immediately, without prior notice or liability, if your activities are inconsistent with our mission of empowering communities for effective health protection.
Upon termination, your right to use Moskitoss will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
While Moskitoss aims to empower communities with simple tools and knowledge for effective mosquito surveillance and health protection, our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are committed to building community capacity through simple tools, practical knowledge, and ongoing support, but we do not guarantee that our services will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
